The room prices are given in EURO and quoted per person and per night, for a minimum stay of 3 nights. For a stay of less than 3 nights, we will charge a short-stay surcharge, depending on the category and duration.
Children's discount in a parent's room:
Up to 5 years free, up to 12 years -50%, up to 16 years 25%. (We charge 2 people per double room at the full price.)
Resort tax:
Winter/Summer EUR 4,00 per person per night (no resort tax is charged for children aged 15 or younger)
Internet:
Internet via WIFI, fee payable.
Arrival and departure:
The apartments are available for occupancy from 14:00 on the arrival date. On the departure date, we request that you vacate apartments by 10:00 at the latest.
Parking:
Parking spaces are available in-front of the Hotel.
Payment methods:
We accept cash, EC cards, Mastercard and Visa.
Pets:
Unfortunately, are not allowed in our house.
Reservation:
Bookings are only valid following receipt of a written booking confirmation! The terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply to any reservations made.
Deposit:
A deposit payment is required in order for a fixed reservation to be made (according to the letter of reservation). Terms and conditions are based on the terms of the Austrian hotel industry.
Travel insurance:
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
